Welcome to Children's Voices

Children’s Voices is a non-profit law firm of school advocates dedicated to achieving equal access to a high quality public education for all school-age children in Colorado.

Since 2005, we have been challenging the Colorado school finance system in court in a case called Lobato v. State of Colorado. Our goal is to enforce the state constitutional right to a “thorough and uniform” system of free public education and assure sufficient Colorado public education funding to uphold that guarantee.
